"moe" or in this case, "moe moe", is a term that is pretty much exclusively used by otaku in Japan. The phrase was made popular by the Densha Otoko drama, which aired in 2005. It's a very difficult word to translate into English, and no matter what, it seems that the full meaning of it can't be conveyed properly. Upon hearing an attractive girl say something "cute", and otaku may say "moe!" (usually elongating it at the end to sound more like "moeeee!"). Though it doesn't do the strange word justice, I chose to translate it, in the context, as "so into you". On a similar note, the cute female voice saying "oniichan" in this song, is by many Japanese otaku, considered to be something that practically melts them in ectasy. The humorous part about the context in which it's used in this song, is that the response here is "No I'm not...". Lastly, during the dialogue part of the song, I think that "bucchaa kei" ("butcher-like") was used less for its meaning, and more for the fact that it sounds almost identical to "bucchake" ("To be blunt"), so that Ayanokouji could do a little play on words.
