Go Hiromi and Matsuda Seiko are both incredibly successful and well known solo singers, actors, and performers. Though these two recorded their first single together in 2000, this is not the first time that they encountered one another.

Since both were very popular idols in the 1980s, at various points rumors had gone around about the two starting some sort of a relationship together. At some point this actually happened, and news of it came out to the public. However it never ended up anywhere, because each of them ended up marrying seperately.
