Usopp is a character from the popular anime "One Piece", voiced by male seiyuu Yamaguchi Kappei. Usopp is a member of the Straw Hat Pirate Crew (mugiwara no kaizoku dan) and wants to become a "brave hero of the sea" ("yuukan na umi no senshi"), even though he is a bit of a coward. He always comes through when it counts though!
