Zeebra is probably one of the more well known Japanese rappers, and was indeed one of the first. Zeebra is a former member of the well known hip hop group "King Giddra", which also featured DJ Oasis and K Dub Shine. In 2002 he rejoined the group for awhile, but ultimately remains a solo act. He's collaborated with many well known artists on the Japanese hip-hop scene as well, including Amuro Namie, Katou Miliyah, and RIZE. He's even collaborated with some that have nothing to do with the hip-hop scene at all, such as the legendary Nagabuchi Tsuyoshi.
