This group, nicknamed "Bura Bi", was formed as a result of the variety show "ucchan nacchan no urinari!!". They were designed to compete against "Pocket Biscuits", a group formed on the same variety show previous to this one.

In 1999, the group grew from a 3 member group to a 4 member group, with the addition of Keddy.
